He has a proven track record of leading organisations from start-up phase through to maturity, consistently driving growth, strengthening governance and delivering sustainable profitability.

He is confident operating within complex stakeholder environments, identifying commercial opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships and navigating ambiguity to achieve outcomes. Known for building and leading high-performing teams, Myles fosters positive, accountable and outcomes-driven cultures where people are empowered, recognised and rewarded.

Myles is regularly relied upon to provide strategic advice to Boards, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Throughout his career, he has successfully grown EBITDA across multiple organisations, led due diligence processes, overseen acquisitions and mergers, and embedded industry best practices to support long-term success.

Executive Experience
Racing Information Services Australia (RISA)
Myles joined RISA in June 2006 as its inaugural Chief Executive Officer. Following the merger of RISA and the Australian Racing Board in April 2015, he became Operations Chief Executive Officer of the newly formed Racing Australia, concluding his tenure as Chief Executive Officer.

During his time leading the national sporting body, Myles played a key role in operational integration, governance reform, commercial growth and stakeholder alignment across a complex national framework.

Myles began his executive career with Rydges, spending seven years in operational hotel roles across Australia before moving to Head Office as General Manager IT, leading technology strategy and systems implementation across the hotel group.

Board & Governance Leadership
In addition to his executive leadership roles, Myles served nine years on the Board of Baseball Victoria, including six years as State President. During this period, he led a strategic operational and financial restructure, strengthened governance frameworks and built strong relationships with the national body and the Australian Baseball League.
Myles remains deeply connected to grassroots sport, serving as President of a local baseball club. This ongoing involvement reinforces his strong appreciation of volunteers as the engine room of community sport.
