Myles is an accomplished, entrepreneurial executive with over thirty years of experience across a broad range of industries including hospitality, entertainment and sports, with ongoing success driving from start-up phase through to maturity.

Confident dealing with complex stakeholder environments while increasing profitability by identifying commercial opportunities, establishing partnerships, navigating through ambiguity and leading high performing teams.

Relied upon to provide strategic advice to the Board while utilising data-driven insights to influence decision making processes. Successfully grown multiple organisations EBITDA, managed the due diligence, purchase and merger of multiple organisations, established best industry practices and recreated a positive, engaging and outcomes-driven culture where teams are empowered, recognised and rewarded.


Myles joined Racing Information Services Australia (RISA) in June 2006 in the newly created role of Chief Executive Officer. With the merger of RISA and the Australian Racing Board (ARB) in April 2015, Myles assumed the role of Operations Chief Executive Officer for newly formed Racing Australia concluding his time with Racing Australia as CEO.

Prior to 2006 Myles spent ten years at Ticketmaster in a range of roles including Operations Manager, Chief Information Officer, Ticketmaster International Operations Manager Australasia, General Manager – ticketmaster.com.au and Head of Markets and Development for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to Ticketmaster, Myles spent seven years with Rydges Hotels & Resorts in a range of roles within hotels across Australia before moving to head office in the role of General Manager IT for the hotel group.

 In addition to his time leading the national sporting body of Racing Australia, Myles spent nine years on the Board of the state sporting body Baseball Victoria, including six as State President. During this time, he led a strategic operational and financial restructure of the organisation building strong links with the national sporting body and the Australian Baseball League. Myles continues to also have a strong focus and involvement in grassroots sport as President of a local Baseball Club which ensures he continues to have a strong appreciation and focus on volunteers as the engine of sport.

He is currently Chief Executive Officer of Coles Little Athletics Australia and Managing Consultant for Foreman Strategic Partners which he founded in June 2022.
